Let’s talk about the best cards for Beginners! When you are getting started it can be overwhelming at where to start! Here are my top three beginner cards:

Chase Sapphire Preferred:

This my all-time favorite card! The miles are the most flexible with transfer partners like Hyatt, United and Southwest! You will also need this card if you are wanting to add Chase Business Cards later on because you need the Chase Sapphire to be able to transfer to the partners.

You will get 60,000 bonus miles with sign up and a $95 annual fee. This card also has great travel insurance and protections.

Capital One Venture:

This card offers a 75,000 point sign up and a $95 Annual Fee. These miles can be used with one of the many transfer partners or you can use the Capital One Travel Eraser. This also comes with a $100 credit for TSA Pre or Global Entry!

American Express Gold:

This card does have a higher annual fee at $250 but right now you and earn 90K points and a $200 Statement Credit! This card get 4x the points on groceries and dining which is HUGE! I also love that Amex transfers to Delta!

Hopefully this helps you feel more ready to make a decision on your first card!!
